QALQILIA: Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by three military bulldozers, stormed the city of Qalqilya from several directions after midnight on Sunday and demolished two Palestinian-owned houses, according to local sources.

The military incursion targeted the northern part of the city, specifically the Khillet Yaseen and al-Maraj areas.

During the military incursion, forces cordoned off a 120-square-meter house in the al-Marj area and forced its residents out, before bulldozers proceeded to demolish it.

The military forces also cordoned off and demolished another 120-square-meter house in the Khillet Yaseen area.

Confrontations reportedly broke out in the Khillet Yaseen area in the aftermath of the military incursion and house demolition, during which forces attacked residents with live fire, shooting and moderately injuring a youth with bullet shrapnel in the thigh, which necessitated his transfer to hospital for treatment.

Sources said that the occupation forces stormed another house in the Khill
et Yaseen area, where they wreaked havoc on the house, tampering with its contents.
