Young man injured by Israeli gunfire in Al-Fawwar refugee camp

A young Palestinian man was wounded by live ammunition last night during confrontations that broke out with Israeli occupation forces following their incursion into the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, to south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.

Confrontations erupted between young Palestinians and Israeli occupation forces after the latter’s incursion into the camp, said the sources. Soldiers reportedly fired live rounds and tear gas canisters towards the residents, resulting in a young man sustaining gunshot wounds to the abdomen and leg.
