The Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission prosecutor Tuesday ordered three employees at a fodder facility in Madaba held in custody for 15 days on charges of abuse of assets worth JD233 million, pending investigation at the Marka Correctional and Rehabilitation Center. The commission said in a press release that investigations found the three guilty of the felonies of abuse of office, forgery of official documents and disbursing animal fodder to fake farmers and in large quantities. It was one of several cases the commission earlier referred to the Public Prosecution.
