Damascus, 45 new coronavirus cases and four recoveries were registered in Syria on Sunday, according to the Health Ministry.
In a statement, the ministry added that the total number of the coronavirus cases recorded in Syria has reached up to 56,353 of which 52,844 have recovered while 3,150 have passed away.
On Saturday, the ministry detected 29 coronavirus cases, 5 recoveries, and no death was recorded.
