Israeli occupation authorities are detaining 554 Palestinian prisoners, have been sentenced to life imprisonment (Lifetime sentence), for one time or several times, a Palestinian official revealed Saturday. Head of the Documentation and Studies Unit at the Palestinian Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, Abdel Nasser Farwana, said that the most senior Palestinian prisoner in Israeli prisons is Abdullah Al-Barghouti, who has been sentenced to life imprisonment 67 times. On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, Farwana called for an effective action to break Palestinian prisoners chains and guarantee their freedom.
