Interior Ministry establishes “rooms of operations” to guarantee safety of election process

Damascus, SANA- Interior Ministry has formed “ rooms of operations” to follow up the progress of the presidential election process and ensure its safety at all electoral centers to receive any complaints and deal with any problem if any has happened.

Damascus Police Commander, Major General Hussein Juma’a, told SANA delegate that the measures taken include putting necessary staff for the electoral centers to protect and intervene when necessary upon a request by chairman of any center.

General Juma’a pointed out that the personal document adopted in the electoral process is the identity card.
