The Finance Ministry announced Saturday that the total of taxes and custom duties collected in Port Said in December exceeded EGP 2.7 billion.
This came in a report received by Finance Minister explaining the efforts exerted by the employees in the authority to facilitate the customs procedures for the business community via customs exemption on the imported strategic goods to contribute to improving the performance of the customs departments, the ministry said in a statement.
