Al Azhar condemns terrorist attacks on Nigeria’s Zamfara

Al Azhar offered condolences to Nigeria over the death of more than 200 people in armed attacks by bandits on Nigeria’s Zamfara State.

 

In a statement Monday, the prestigious religious institution condemned the criminal attacks targeting innocent people, stressing the importance of rallying up international efforts to uproot terrorism.

 

It offered heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wished the speedy recovery of those injured.
