Groundwater wells discovered on Ways of Horus in Sinai

An Egyptian archaeological mission working at the Tell El-Kedwa site in North Sinai has uncovered groundwater wells that date back to the Pharaonic era on the Ways of Horus.

This is the first time to discover groundwater wells that date back to the Pharaonic era, said Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities Mostafa Waziri.

He noted that five groundwater wells have been discovered.
