Syria reports 11 new COVID-19 cases, one fatality on Friday

Syria recorded on Friday 11 new coronavirus cases, 38 recoveries and one fatality, according to a statement by Health Ministry.

The statement said that the overall number of infections registered in Syria has reached up to 55,634 infections, of which 51,361 have recovered, while 3,131 have passed away.

In March 2020, the first coronavirus case was detected in Syria.
