Damascus, SANA- Minister of Industry Ziad Sabbagh discussed with Dr. Qassem Taqizadeh, Rector of Malek Ashtar University of Technology (MUT), and the accompanying delegation means of enhancing relations of joint cooperation in the industrial field.
During their meeting on Wednesday, Minister Sabbagh highly appreciated Iranian leadership’s stances in supporting Syria, hailing the two countries exerted efforts in confronting the terrorist and economic war targeting Syria, as well as their joint work to develop their relations.
In turn, Dr. Taqizadeh stressed his country’s complete support to Syria in different fields, particularly in the industrial sector, as considered the most important link in facing the economic war.
Taqizadeh gave a presentation on the areas of joint cooperation and means of activating them between the two countries as joint industrial projects.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the framing of joint cooperation within specific programs for each industrial sector and localization of some industries in Syria.
