Syrian-Chinese talks to boost cooperation in communication domain

Damascus, SANA-Minister of Communications and Technology, Eyad al-Khatib, discussed with the Chargé d’Affairs of the Chinese Embassy in Damascus, Yang Xu, means of enhancing cooperation between Syria and China in the field of communications.

 

Al-Khatib stressed the importance of cooperation and work with the Chinese communication companies to rehabilitate the telecommunications network in Syria which helps push the economy circle forwards and contributes to achieving sustainable development.

 

In turn, Xu stressed his country’s keenness to overcome all difficulties that stand in the way of any cooperation with Syria in the field of communications.

 

He underlined the firmness of the Chinese stance in support of Syria and its people against the terrorist war to which it has been exposed.
