IDSC dedicates special section for “COP27” on its official web portal

The Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) has introduced a new section titled “COP27” on its official web portal, including all the center’s research input and a collection of opinion articles authored by prominent experts and researchers on climate change, and Egypt’s green transition efforts.

The section will also showcase the events organized by the center to raise public awareness about the risks of climate change and its adverse effects on sustainable development, the IDSC said in a statement Saturday 05/11/2022.

It will also include the IDSC informative videos about climate and green economy, as well as many infographics tackling various climate-related issues.

Egypt is hosting the 27th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 27) to the UNFCCC in the Red Sea resort city of Sharm El Sheikh on November 7-18. The event offers a significant opportunity to consider climate change impact on Africa.
