GAZA: The Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, has ceased operations following an Israeli military siege and repeated bombardment. The situation has left medical personnel and patients trapped within the facility and has rendered the hospital powerless, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the region. According to National News Agency-Lebanon, Marwan Sultan, director of the Indonesian Hospital, confirmed that Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have surrounded the hospital, targeting anyone attempting to move in its vicinity. The Gaza Ministry of Health reported that Israeli artillery has bombed the hospital's upper floors, home to over 40 patients and medical staff, leading to a complete power outage. The Ministry also highlighted an attack on forcibly displaced individuals at the hospital's entrance, where heavy gunfire has been directed at the building and its grounds. This has heightened fears among patients and medical personnel inside. Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that Israeli tan ks have demolished part of the wall surrounding the hospital. The hospital's generator has ceased functioning due to the ongoing assault, further crippling the facility's operations. In addition, artillery fire has repeatedly targeted the upper floors of Al-Awda Hospital in Tal al-Zaatar, leaving Kamal Adwan Hospital as the only operational facility in northern Gaza. The correspondent further noted that hundreds of thousands of displaced individuals are trapped in the Beit Lahia area amid a tightening Israeli military grip. Israeli aircraft have dropped dozens of explosive bags on civilian homes in the al-Faluja area for the first time. The IOF continues systematically targeting shelters and gatherings of forcibly displaced individuals in northern Gaza.
