DUBAI: The 22nd HR Summit and Expo (HRSE) 2024 commenced its Summit Day at the Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together over 4,500 HR professionals, 124 expert speakers, and 70 solution providers. The event, set to run until October 25, features a range of workshops, discussions, and exhibitions centered on themes such as the future of work, artificial intelligence, and talent acquisition. According to Emirates News Agency, key sessions at the summit include Situational Leadership workshops and AI-driven HR strategies, with notable speakers like Darren Carrington and Jon Fletcher. The event has attracted sponsorship from prominent organizations including Al Khafji Joint Operations, Cigna, London Business School, and Daman. Shabnam Rawal, Managing Director of Informa Connect, emphasized the summit's aim to provide strategic and practical assistance to attendees dealing with the evolving HR landscape. Rawal stated that this year's event will explore transformative trends, such as the use of AI tools for en hanced decision-making and personalized talent attraction strategies, as well as the importance of business resilience.
