JENIN: Medical sources said tonight that a Palestinian man was killed by Israeli occupation forces in the ongoing Israeli army assault on the northern West Bank city of Jenin, raising the total killed today to five.

The Ministry of Health said Fouad Imad Abahreh, 36, was injured in the thigh by an Israeli army bullet and died after the soldiers prevented the ambulance from transporting him to a hospital in the city for half an hour and was left bleeding until he was pronounced dead.

Four other Palestinians were killed earlier today in an Israeli missile strike in the city, which raised the total killed today to five.

The Israeli occupation forces also arrested 70 male and female Palestinians from Jenin refugee camp in their ongoing aggression against the camp.

At the same time, the Ministry of Health said 13-year-old Ahmad Mohammad Sammar, who was ill, had died after the occupation forces delayed his arrival to the hospital.
