ABU DHABI: The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) recently awarded the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) with certification in Corporate Ethical Procurement and Supply. All procurement and supply management staff at ADAA completed training in ethical procurement and supply management and passed a test in fraud, corruption, bribery, and environmental concerns.
The honouring took place during the CIPS annual award giving ceremony for 2023 held recently in London.
Now more than ever, it is important for procurement teams to implement and maintain ethical processes, which details a company’s code of conduct and commitment to environmental, social, and legal issues.
