Al dhaid: The sixth Adventure and Camping Exhibition commenced on Wednesday at Expo Al Dhaid, promising a comprehensive showcase for camping and outdoor enthusiasts. The event, which runs from October 30 to November 3, 2024, is organized by Expo Al Dhaid with support from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and oversight from Expo Centre Sharjah. It features around 40 major companies and 200 brands focusing on camping, outdoor equipment, and marine excursions. According to Emirates News Agency, the five-day exhibition is set to attract over 8,000 visitors from across the UAE. Spanning 2,800 square meters, it offers a platform for establishing direct connections with companies specializing in wilderness equipment and outdoor adventure needs. This year's edition includes exhibitors specializing in camping gear, travel trailers, mobile homes, outdoor safety devices, and adventure transport, alongside suppliers of wilderness and marine sports equipment, as well as hunting and shooting gear. Saif Mohamm ed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah, emphasized the exhibition's significance in the UAE's outdoor activities landscape. He highlighted its role as a platform for innovation and interaction among adventure lovers and desert safari enthusiasts. Al Midfa noted the exhibition's commitment to delivering an exceptional experience, attracting renowned companies in the safari and camping industry to provide a diverse shopping experience. The Adventure and Camping Exhibition 2024 not only showcases the latest in camping gear and wilderness equipment but also offers insights from experts and specialists, particularly catering to the interests of Emirati youth. Visitors can expect to explore state-of-the-art camping and outdoor gear while staying updated on the latest developments in adventure tourism.
