AJMAN: H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, emphasised that Ajman is part of the UAE society with its established customs and traditions, cohesion and solidarity, and role model of cooperation, coexistence and tolerance.
‘Our society is one, and we are united by family bonds and social relations. We share in good and hard times, we are proud of our history, and we work for our future,’ he added.
Sheikh Humaid made the statements today at Barzat Al Hisn majlis, in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of Ajman Executive Council, when he received a number of people from the emirate of Ajman of all categories and specialisations, as part of their keenness to constantly communicate with citizens, listen to their ideas and suggestions, and discuss with them topics that affect their lives.
Sheikh Humaid said, ‘We are proud of our wise leadership, which continues to fulfil their aspirations, harness all capabilitie
s to serve them and make them happy, consolidate extended social relations among everyone, enhance all meanings of brotherhood bonds, communication and harmony, and strive to fulfil the legacy of the founding leaders, and follow their approach in devoting the rooted value of compassion in the UAE land.”
The Ruler of Ajman stressed that the majlises are a school for humanity and an opportunity to raise generations. Al Barza majlis embodies the ancient Emirati heritage and reflects images of communication, solidarity and social support among people, in which children learn authentic customs and traditions, gain experience in facing life’s challenges, and reinforce the values of loyalty and belonging to the homeland.
Sheikh Humaid added that Ajman extends thanks and appreciation to all those who continued to work silently in all locations and in various specialisations to contribute to its renaissance and were an essential element in its progress and prosperity.
Ajman Ruler and Crown Prince exchanged cordial
talks with the audience regarding a number of issues related to the interest of Emiratis and the homeland.
Sheikh Ammar said that meeting the people of Ajman at the Ajman Museum – the architectural masterpiece that was inaugurated by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan – represents part of the history of this emirate and the legacy of the founding fathers that mirrors the cultural and humanitarian communication, which was the focus of Sheikh Humaid.
