DUBAI: Kamel Deguiche, Minister of Youth and Sports of Tunisia, said that the Arab Meeting for Young Leaders highlighted the importance of Arab identity and the role of values in strengthening national identity among Arab youth.
In a statement to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), during his participation in the Arab Meeting for Young Leaders, held on the Pre-summit day of the World Governments Summit 2024 in Dubai, Deguiche noted that the meeting emphasised the values of social cohesion by involving young people in efforts to strengthen the commonalities between various components of society related to identity, language and cultural heritage.
He praised the meeting sessions and workshops that highlighted the role of direct communication between youth and government officials.
