At least eight people died Sunday after a migrant boat capsized off California’s coast, security sources said.
The incident took place near the shore of Black’s Beach in San Diego County, San Diego Police Department said in a statement.
One of the survivors said that the boat, carrying nearly 15 people, was coming from Mexico.
