House Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Tuesday welcomed Brazilian Foreign Minister, Mauro Luiz Iecker Vieira, at the second presidential headquarters in Ain el-Tineh.

The meeting, attended by Brazilian Ambassador to Lebanon, Tarcísio Costa, focused on discussing the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, alongside the political and field updates, particularly in light of Israel’s ongoing aggression against Gaza and Lebanon. Additionally, the discussions encompassed bilateral relations between the two countries and avenues for their enhancement.

Symbolic gifts were exchanged between Berri and the visiting minister.
