Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to rise to become from 2 to 4 degrees above average, while they will remain slightly below average in the eastern and al-Jazeera regions as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of atmosphere.
The skies will be partly cloudy in general and it will be misty and dust with a chance for showers over different areas, especially over the northern, eastern and al-Jazeera regions, Meteorology Department said in its Tuesday bulletin.
The bulletin added that the wind will be southwesterly with low to a moderate speed, with active gusts sometimes in in the southern and central regions, meanwhile it will be northeasterly on the eastern and al-Jazeera regions, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 30/18, Daraa 32/17, Homs 28/15, Hasaka 25/14, Tartous 25/18, Aleppo 26/14, Deir Ezzor 29/18.
