Confrontations broke out today at the entrance of the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, after Israeli forces prevented a funeral procession from passing through the entrance which was closed by the forces. Forces reportedly attacked mourners with live fire, tear gas canisters, and stun grenades, causing several people to suffocate. Confrontation also took place at the eastern part of the town, during which forces attacked residents with tear gas canisters, causing several people to suffocate. They were all treated at the scene.
