Temperatures on Sunday are expected to be within the typical averages for this time of year. As a result, the weather will be moderate across most regions of the Kingdom. However, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba will experience relatively hot temperatures accompanied by high-altitude clouds, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
Looking ahead to Monday and Tuesday, the weather will continue to be moderate in most areas of the Kingdom. During this time, high-altitude clouds will be visible, and northwesterly winds will prevail. These winds may occasionally increase in intensity, leading to the stirring of dust in the Badia region.
Continuing into Wednesday, the weather will remain moderate in the majority of areas despite a slight rise in temperatures.
Today’s peak temperatures will be between 29 and 27 degrees Celsius in Amman and various highlands throughout the Kingdom, with lows of 17 or even 15 degrees in the southern highlands at night. The Gulf city of Aqaba will have warmer weather, with highs of 37C and lows of 25C.
