DUBAI: South Sinai Governor, Major General Dr. Khaled Fouda, affirmed that his country is developing many tourist areas, especially in Nuweiba, Saint Catherine, and Dahab in South Sinai, confirming that the Egyptian coasts possess many immense advantages of stunning nature, attracting new markets of tourists from around the world.

He stated that the Arabian Travel Market (ATM 2024) in Dubai is a global forum for communication with countries from different continents with the aim of exchanging experiences and innovative ideas in the tourism, travel, and aviation sectors, and transferring those experiences to the Egyptian city of Sharm El-Sheikh.

Dr. Fouda highlighted that the city of “Sharm El-Sheikh” has been awarded the title of the best tourist destination globally in 2024, indicating that the Egyptian government is now developing a region entirely based on hydrogen and shifting towards using natural and renewable resources.
