South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda discussed in a meeting with major advertising companies in the UAE emirates of Sharjah and Dubai the possibility of launching a tourism promotion campaign for the cities of Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, Ras Sedr and Saint Catherine.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of Fouda’s participation in the 2022 Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai, the South Sinai Governorate said in a statement on Tuesday 10/5/2022.

Fouda invited representatives of the major advertising companies in Sharjah and Dubai to visit the Red Sea resort city of Sharm El Sheikh to conduct the necessary studies before signing an initial contract with their Egyptian counterparts on the proposed tourism promotional campaign.

The South Sinai governor is currently leading a high-profile tourism delegation to the ATM in Dubai, which runs till May 12. The event sees the participation of 1,500 exhibitors from more than 112 world countries.
