Transport Minister Kamel El Wazir witnessed on Monday the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Egyptian and South Sudanese river transport authorities.
The MoU includes cooperation between the two countries’ authorities and exchanging expertise, the Transport Ministry said in a statement.
