RAMALLAH: t least 8 Palestinians today were shot and injured by rubber-coated metal bullets, during confrontations that broke out with the occupation forces as they stormed Al-Amari refugee camp, south of Ramallah.

Sources said that confrontations broke out with the occupation forces in the camp, during which forces attacked residents with rubber-coated metal bullets, tear gas bombs and stun grenades, shooting and moderately injuring 8 Palestinians mostly in their lower parts.

Israeli forces further searched and inspected a Red Crescent vehicle during the raid.

Earlier today, a large military force stormed the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh and Al-Amari camp.
