KUWAIT: His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, today issued an Amiri Order appointing Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al Salem Al Sabah as Prime Minister.
The Order, which was carried by the Kuwait News Agency (Kuna), also assigned him to form a government and submit the lineup to His Highness the Emir to issue a decree of their appointment.
