The Fatah Central Committee reiterated today its complete rejection of the displacement plan of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, affirming it ‘will not allow it to pass under any circumstances.’ In a statement, it saluted the solid and inviolable positions of Egypt and Jordan rejecting any forced migration of the Palestinian people, neither to Egypt nor to Jordan. The committee appreciated the positions of Arab countries in this regard, to turn into a unified pressure that forces the world and the aggressors to stop this plan and this war. “We look forward to the support of the international community so that the world bears its humanitarian responsibilities and moves immediately to stop the aggression, protect our people from the killing machine, open safe humanitarian corridors to bring in aid, stop the ongoing disaster, and prevent any attempt to forcibly displace our people,” the statement read. The committee also stressed that there will be no security, peace, or stability in the region if Palestine does not enjoy these rights.
