GAZA: At least five Palestinians were killed and others injured today Israeli airstrikes targeting a house and a vehicle in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip. In addition, Israeli warplanes bombed two homes in Gaza City.

Local sources reported that Israeli warplanes bombed a house in the eastern part of Rafah city, resulting in the murder of one person and injuring several others. Another airstrike targeted a police vehicle in the Brazil neighborhood of Rafah, claiming the lives of two Palestinians.

Meantime, eyewitnesses revealed that Israeli occupation forces demolished a residential block in the western part of Khan Yunis, south of Gaza, as part of their ongoing military offensive in the province.

In another incident, a citizen lost his life, and around six others were injured when an Israeli airstrike hit a house in the Zaitoun neighborhood, west of Gaza City. The Israeli artillery also shelled a residence in the Shabura neighborhood, south of Gaza City, resulting in one fatality and several i
njuries.

According to medical sources, the Israeli military committed 16 massacres against families in Gaza within the past 24 hours, leading to 117 fatalities and 152 injuries.

In a preliminary toll, the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023 has resulted in more than 28,064 confirmed fatalities. Additionally, over 67,611 people have been injured.
