Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi, on Sunday participated in the extraordinary session of Arab Council at the ministerial level, called for by Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Egypt to discuss Syrian crisis developments. Safadi took part in the extraordinary session held at Egypt’s invitation, in coordination with Saudi Arabia, to discuss developments related to the Sudanese file, and in another session held at Palestine’s request to review developments in the Palestinian territories. On the sidelines of the meetings, Safadi held talks seperately with Egyptian counterpart, Sameh Shoukry, Saudi FM, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan, and Morocco’s top diplomat, Nasser Bourita. Safadi also held a tripartite meeting with his Saudi counterpart, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan, and Kuwaiti FM, Sheikh Salem Al-Sabah.
