FM receives Turkish minister, highlights keenness on contacting all participants at COP27

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry received Turkey’s Environment Minister Murat Kurum, who is heading the Turkish delegation participating at the United Nations climate conference (COP27), currently hosted by Egypt.

Shoukry reiterated on Tuesday15/11/2022 that he is keen to contact all delegations participating at the conference to get familiarized with their visions and stances on the COP27 agenda.

The Turkish minister lauded Egypt’s good organization of the conference, voicing hope that the event’s recommendations could enhance international climate action, Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abu Zeid said.
