The ministry of foreign affairs and expatriates condemned in a statement today the ‘terror’ attack against a military academy in Homs, Syria, which resulted in the killing of dozens of people.

The ministry extended its condolences to the sisterly Syrian Arab Republic; its president, government, and people and the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.

The ministry affirmed standing by Syria in confronting terrorism, expressing its confidence in its ability to defeat it and wishing it all security, stability and prosperity.
