The Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants expressed, in a statement on Wednesday, its deepest condolences to the State of Greece over the train crash incident near the city of Larissa, which resulted in a large number of casualties.
The Ministry also extended its sincere condolences to the families of the victims, and wished a speedy recovery for the injured.
The Ministry also reaffirmed solidarity with Greece, and its friendly people, and “Lebanon’s stand by Greece during this tragedy.”
