RAMALLAH: French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna said that the violence of the Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank undermines the prospects of reaching a political solution.

During her visit to the village of Al-Mazraa Al-Gharbiyya, near Ramallah, on Sunday, Colonna condemned the violence committed by the settlers, and said: “these are dangerous acts that undermine the possibilities of reaching a political solution, and they could push towards new developments and destabilize the West Bank, and this matter is not in the interest of Israel.”
