Caretaker Minister of Public Works and Transportation, Dr. Ali Hamieh, has departed for Portugal to participate in a workshop organized by the European Maritime Safety Agency in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation in Lebanon – Directorate General of Land and Maritime Transport.

This move falls within the ministry’s ongoing efforts and commitment to the importance of enforcing Lebanese maritime laws and updating them in accordance with international agreements signed by Lebanon in this regard.
