His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, on the achievement acclaimed by the Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, and the Captain of the Royal Endurance Team, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who won first place in the FEI Endurance World Championship, making him the champion of the 160 km race in Abu Dhabi.
The deputy prime minister expressed great pride in the international achievement that resulted from the support of HM the King and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Shaikh Khalid praised the efforts of HH Shaikh Nasser to advance the equestrian and endurance sports and boost Bahrain’s status and achievements in international sports.
