Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will rise in the southern areas, while they remain above average from 4 to 7 degrees in the rest of the regions, as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure from the southeastern side accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the weather will be hot in general and misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia (semi desert) regions.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to moderate speed, with active gusts in the afternoon, with a speed of more than 55 km / h, and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follow: Damascus 39/23, Daraa 37/22, Homs 37/22, Hasaka 44/26, Tartous 30/23, Aleppo 41/23, Deir Ezzor 45/28.
