Egypt boasts a versatile industrial base with 150 specialized zones across the country.
Minister of Trade and Industry Nevine Gamea has taken part in the sixth edition of Egypt Can series of conferences, “Egypt Can with Industry,” held today in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
The event brought together a host of Egyptian prominent experts and industrialists here and abroad, as well as representatives of global companies.
“The industrial sector receives an unprecedented attention from the political leadership and the government, being Egypt’s economic growth driver, with 11.7% contribution to GDP,” Gamea said in her keynote speech.
