A delegation from the International Council of Nurses (ICN) and the Saudi Association of Midwifery visited the Jordanian Nursing Council (JNC) on the sidelines of the 10th International Conference of the Royal Medical Services. The delegations were headed by ICN’s CEO Howard Catton and the Saudi association’s President Roa Altaweli. Issues of concern to nursing, especially in light of the recent epidemic and emergencies, were discussed during the meeting, as well as prospects for cooperation. JNC Secretary-General Hani Nawafleh gave a briefing on the council’s tasks and goals, and the teams praised Jordan’s cutting-edge technologies in nursing, training, and education fields.
