Baghdad, The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs multi -party Affairs and Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Omar Al -Barzanji received today, Thursday the Chargé d’Affaires of the Ambassador of Azerbaijan in Baghdad, Naseer Mamdouf, at his request, at his office in the Ministry building.
During the meeting, according to the ministry’s statement, the paths of developing bilateral relations between Iraq and the Republic of Azerbaijan were discussed, where the Undersecretary praised the diplomatic relations between the two friendly countries, as well as the pursuit of the horizons of shared cooperation, and the conclusion of mutual support deals between the two countries in nominating to hold positions in international organizations.
For his part, the Chargé d’Affairs praised the success of Iraq by organizing the Gulf Championship 25, stressing his country’s keenness to cooperate with Iraq at all levels./End
