The Israeli occupation authorities approved today a decision to take over hundreds of dunums of Palestinian-owned lands in the villages of Jinsafout, Fondoq, and Hijja to the east of Qalqilia governorate, the occupied West Bank, according to a local official.

Amir Daoud, from the Wall and Settlements Resistance Commission, said the Israeli authorities decided to seize 218 dunums of land in the said villages for military purposes.

He said that this decision will remain in effect until the year 2027, noting that such decisions are renewable.
