Jbaa: Israeli enemy forces launched heavy artillery and airstrikes across southern Lebanon early on Tuesday morning targeting multiple towns and villages, including Mansouri, Bayt al-Siyyad, al-Bayyadah, Zebqin, Tayr Harfa, and Majdal Zun. Drone attacks on Bayt al-Siyyad were accompanied by low-altitude surveillance flights over Tyre and surrounding areas.
According to National news agency – Lebanon, the enemy’s dawn air raids hit the town of Deir Antar, reportedly causing injuries. In the southern city of Nabatieh, Israeli airstrikes struck Suwayda Hill on the northeastern outskirts of Kfar Rumman. Meanwhile, the enemy’s attacks on Jbaa were the most intense to date, with a series of nine airstrikes within one hour. Local officials confirmed that 12 buildings were destroyed in the strikes, which centered on key public facilities, including General Security offices, civil defense units, and the main public square.
The impact of the bombardment was felt as far away as Sidon, the Chouf, and Iqlim al-Kharroub,
where the early-morning devastation left roads impassable and dozens of parked vehicles damaged. In Deir al-Zahrani, homes belonging to Bilal Hassan Asad Rimal and his son, Muhammad, were completely destroyed by overnight airstrikes.
Residents in nearby towns reported persistent shelling throughout the night, which included machine gun bursts and additional air raids on Al-Khiam, where two Israeli tanks and a bulldozer were stationed on the eastern outskirts of the town near the home of Mohammad Safawi. Meanwhile, Israeli enemy forces carried out fresh strikes on areas surrounding Sarira and Qlayaa in the Jezzine district.
