JERUSALEM: Israeli occupation forces Thursday attacked Palestinian Muslim worshipers at the Lions Gate, before they detained a woman and a young man.

Local sources said that the occupation forces tightened their procedures near Lions’ Gate, imposed restrictions on worshippers’ entry into Al-Aqsa Mosque, assaulted worshipers, including women, before they detained a woman, whose identity has not been revealed yet.

The occupation forces also a Jerusalemite youth from the Old City of Jerusalem.
