Israeli forces demolish house of Palestinian prisoner near Jenin

JENIN: Israeli occupation forces Tuesday demolished the house of a Palestinian prisoner in the town of Kafrdan, west of Jenin, sources said.

They said that the occupation bulldozers demolished the house of prisoner Abdullah Yahya Massad in the said town following a raid, during which the soldiers broke into several houses.

The occupation army also deployed snipers on the roofs of a number of houses before confrontations broke out with youths, during which two of them were injured by shrapnel from the occupation bullets.

Hamed Massad, the brother of the prisoner Abdullah, stated that after demolishing the house, which had an area of 110 square metres, the occupation bulldozers placed rubbish and dust inside the house, and razed the lands surrounding it, which were planted with olive and almond trees.

Abdullah Massad, a student at An-Najah University, Department of Electronic Engineering, has been detained with his brother Abdul Aziz last August.

The two siblings are being held in Ofer Prison, west of Rama
llah.
