Additionally, the occupation soldiers detained three people, including two siblings.

From Ramallah, the forces detained one from the village of Kharbatha Bani Harith, west of the governorate.

The Israeli detention campaign was accompanied by widespread abuse, severe beatings, and threats against detainees and their families, as well as using Palestinian civilians as a human shield in the Qalandiya camp, ransacking citizens’ homes, and detaining a group of people as hostages.

The total number of Palestinians who were detained by Israeli forces after October 7 rose to about 6,4
20, including those who were detained from homes, through military checkpoints, those who were forced to surrender themselves under pressure, and those who were held hostage.

It is noteworthy that the ongoing and escalating arrest campaigns in an unprecedented manner come within the framework of the comprehensive aggression against Palestinian people and the ongoing genocide in Gaza, after October 7, which targeted all groups.
