Israeli forces detain 22 Palestinians across West Bank

RAMALLAH: Israeli occupation forces today detained 22 Palestinians during a large-scale military incursion across the occupied West Bank, according to security sources and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).

PPS said at least ten Palestinians were detained from different areas across Ramallah city after raiding their homes and inflicted damage to their contents.

In south of the West Bank, Israeli military forces detained four Palestinians from the city of Hebron, including a former prisoner along with his son.

Israeli forces further carried out a military raid into Shuafat camp, north of Jerusalem city, where they detained two persons.

Meanwhile, another former prisoner was also detained by Israeli forces from the city of Tubas.

Moving to the north of the West Bank, Israeli forces detained five Palestinians from various areas across the city of Tulkarm.

Undercover Israeli forces detained a Palestinian while he inside his vehicles in the town of Jaba, south of Jenin.

Israeli forces further raided
several houses and interrogated their residents in Beit Furik, east of Nablus,

Simultaneously, the number of Palestinians detained by Israeli forces in West Bank since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on October 7 has risen to nearly 6,540.

The occupation forces continue to carry out the crime of enforced disappearance against Gaza detainees, refusing to provide human rights institutions, with any information regarding their fate or places of detention.
