A Palestinian child was killed by Israeli fire late Wednesday during an army raid into the northern occupied West Bank city of Qalqilya, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health. In a statement on Thursday, the ministry said that a child arrived at Qalqilya Governmental Hospital, with a serious wound in his head, and then doctors pronounced him dead. The occupation forces stormed the “Al-Naqar” neighborhood in the western part of the city, leading to confrontations between Palestinian youth and the Israeli soldiers, who fired live and rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and toxic tear gas at locals and their homes.
